In 2023, 91% of Customers are “Willing To Recommend” Saviynt

In the 2023 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Identity Governance and Administration, Saviynt is recognized as a Customers’ Choice. The vendors recognized in the Customers’ Choice quadrant meet or exceed both the market average Overall Experience and the market average User Interest and Adoption.

As the only vendor to be recognized as a Customers’ Choice for three consecutive years in a row, we’re extremely proud that our customers’ experiences continue to drive enthusiastic reviews. In the report, Saviynt received the highest number (144) of customer reviews, the highest overall customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, and the highest number of 5-star reviews (75%) as of Oct 2023. According to the report, 91% are willing to recommend Saviynt.

The report evaluated ten IGA vendors based on feedback and ratings from experienced end-user professionals. Out of those ratings, Saviynt was recognized with a Customers’ Choice distinction. To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.
