In his role, Sachin is responsible for setting Saviynt’s corporate strategy, allocating capital, and ensuring positive outcomes for the company’s shareholders, customers, partners, and employees.
Sachin is a recognized visionary in the identity and cybersecurity space, where he remains one of the few individuals to have founded several successful companies in these markets. Prior to returning as CEO at Saviynt, Sachin was the Founder and CEO of Securonix, a leading SIEM company that he successfully scaled and brought a $1 billion+ growth investment led by Vista Equity Partners in 2022. Before Securonix, Sachin was the Founder and CEO of identity management company Vaau, where he built the company from conception to a successful acquisition by Sun Microsystems. While at Sun, he held the role of Chief Identity Strategist, responsible for the vision and direction of Sun’s entire security portfolio. Sachin was an early pioneer in the fields of identity & access governance, cloud security, risk management, continuous compliance, and security analytics where he stayed consistently for over two decades. Sachin is also an accomplished speaker and frequently addresses identity and cybersecurity industry conferences and seminars.

As President, Paul is responsible for developing Saviynt’s corporate strategy while directly overseeing all departments and operations of the company. Paul is a seasoned executive with significant experience in the business-to-business software and SaaS industries. From 2017 to 2022, Paul was a Managing Director at private equity firm Carrick Capital Partners where he was a member of the Investment Committee and Chairman of the Operations Committee. While at Carrick, Paul co-led the investment in Saviynt, and served on its Board from 2017 until 2022. From 2012 to 2016 Paul was President of MicroStrategy (Nasdaq: MSTR) the global enterprise analytics company. From 2010 to 2012, Paul was COO of ParAccel, the enterprise database platform which is the software foundation of Amazon AWS’s Redshift EDW. From 1999 to 2010 Paul served in a number of senior roles at MicroStrategy, including EVP of Global Sales and Operations. Prior to his career in technology, Paul was a lawyer in Washington, DC, including serving as an attorney in the US Department of Justice.

As Chief Growth Officer, Amit is focused on developing and executing on the investment and growth strategies that build and grow the company’s strategic initiatives and its core customer and partner relationships.
Amit brings over two decades of identity and cybersecurity industry expertise, where he has helped organizations address and solve some of their most critical identity, security, and compliance challenges. As a Co-Founder and the previous CEO of Saviynt, Amit was responsible for the first phase of the company’s evolution and growth, providing the strategic leadership and execution that has positioned Saviynt as a leader in the identity management market. Prior to his tenure as CEO in 2018, Amit was COO of Saviynt, where from 2014 to 2018 he led sales, business development, alliances, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Saviynt, Amit held leadership positions at Infosys and HCL, including as Identity Practice Engagement Manager and Senior Architect. With his long and distinguished tenure, Amit is widely considered a leading expert in identity and access management, information security, and risk and compliance management.

Shankar Ganapathy has over two decades of experience as an operating executive in Enterprise Software & SaaS companies in Analytics & Data Management. Most recently, Shankar served as Head of Global Field Operations & CRO at Paxata where he helped the company achieve substantial top-line growth and supported their successful acquisition by DataRobot. Prior to that, Shankar was at MicroStrategy where he held multiple senior executive and GM roles in North America and International markets with significant revenue and P&L responsibilities. Shankar currently serves on multiple company boards in Data, AI and Edge domains. Shankar received his education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Yale University and MIT.

Jim Routh is currently on the Boards of Supply Wisdom, GrammaTech, Savvy, Accountable Digital Identity Association and the Global Resiliency Federation. He is the former Board Chair for the Health Information Sharing & Analysis Center (H-ISAC) where he served for five years and former Board member for the Financial Services Information Sharing & Analysis Center (FS-ISAC). Jim is a former CSO/CISO for American Express, DTCC, KPMG, Aetna, CVS and MassMutual. Jim brings to the boards a vast business and technology background and is considered a digital and cyber security industry expert and thought leader. He has prepared and delivered several customized education sessions to Board members for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) based on leading cyber security practices. Jim is currently an advisor for Transmit Security, Wiz, Devo, Netskope, Armis, Saviynt, Virsec, Securiti, Gurucul, Data Theorem, Picnic, Legit Security, Reveal Security, and Graphite Health. He serves in an advisory capacity and investor for cyber specific venture funds including: Syn Ventures, CyberStarts, Security Leadership Capital, Ballistic Ventures and Rain Capital. Jim is an ICIT Fellow and an Adjunct Faculty member where he teaches cybersecurity for the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

Tara Ryan is a "Step right in" CMO with over 25 years’ success in global marketing for technology businesses in ERP, mid-market, SMB, security, and industry offerings. She’s driven fast growth for multiple SaaS, IPO, and public companies. Ryan works with executives and board on planning, creation and execution of global branding, communications, sites, field programs, public relations, investor relations and demand generation. Her program execution meets and beats best practices in pipeline, conversion, and revenue contribution through digital, account, persona, and industry-based marketing campaigns. Tara stepped in as CMO at Contrast Security, Incorta, Swrve, and Skuid to right-size and optimize marketing and sales programs. At Proofpoint and Coupa, Ryan led growth and set up predictable marketing engines that propelled sales, pre and post IPO. At Navis/SmartTurn, Ketera, and NetSuite, she oversaw marketing for start-up, VC companies through to accelerated growth and expansion. In addition to providing branding, pricing and all demand generation for NetSuite, Ryan also established sales and marketing integration using NetSuite CRM. She joined NetSuite from Deloitte Consulting. As a Director of Worldwide Marketing she launched campaigns with companies with SAP, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, PeopleSoft and Oracle. Ryan was also Vice President of corporate marketing at Commerce One, Inc., where she oversaw global marketing for the e-marketplace company. Ryan was also Vice President, Worldwide Marketing for Network Associates, where she managed marketing for five business units: McAfee, PGP, Sniffer, Magic Help Desk and McAfee.com’s IPO. Ryan also led global advertising efforts and advertising agency management at Oracle Corporation.

As Chief Financial Officer, Jim leads the global finance, accounting, tax, capital raising, and contracting functions at Saviynt. Prior to joining Saviynt he served as the chief financial officer for several public and private companies for more than 13 years where he also led two successful initial public offerings. Jim was most recently CFO of Tanium, Inc., a leading endpoint management and security company. His experience also includes 18 years as an investment banker in the US and Asia for Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jeff Margolies is the Chief Product and Strategy Officer of Saviynt where he leads strategy, technology partnerships, and corporate development. As a member of the executive team, Jeff works closely with customers, partners and across the organization to develop a vision and long term roadmap for Saviynt. He leads several strategic initiatives to drive growth and deliver on the vision. Prior to joining Saviynt, Jeff spent over 25 years in the security and Identity industry, as part of the security leadership teams of both Accenture and Deloitte and leading strategy, partnerships and corporate development for Mandiant. Jeff has a Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Todd Rotger is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Saviynt where he leads the revenue functions of the company and is part of the executive team. He is a 30-year sales veteran with 23 years in sales & sales leadership roles with companies like CA, McAfee, Mercury, VMware, and HP. Prior to Saviynt he was the VP, Global Security & Risk Sales at ServiceNow where he was part of building a new Security & GRC business to over $170 CACV in less than four years.

Sapna is a Product Engineering Leader with 25 years of demonstrated success in building high-performing engineering organizations from the ground up and scaling teams by 400%. Sapna brings a keen eye for strategic technology investments and tactical plan development, with a strong bias for action in delivering software products, innovation, organization design, engineering excellence, and employee growth. She also has extensive experience building products across Desktop, Mobile and Web solutions using early monolithic architecture to current microservices architecture. Sapna gained significant insights in diverse roles of Developer, Development Manager, Program Manager and Engineering Leader. Her solid grounding in Agile software development and a passion for its power to build better teams and businesses.

Akshay is passionate about developing great teams together with building out enterprise-level security functions and capabilities. He has a proven history of building new security teams and well as expanding existing teams to support growing business needs. Currently, Akshay serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Saviynt. Previously, Akshay served as Executive Director and Global Head of Cybersecurity Operations at Bristol-Myers Squibb, which included responsibilities around Cybersecurity Engineering, Operations, Incident Response, Infrastructure and Cloud, Vulnerability Management, Red Team, Data Protection and Insider Risk. Prior to that, Akshay served as Divisional CISO at Capital One, where he built a great team that provides security advisory services, risk management and remediation management across multiple lines of business. At prior roles as an Application Security leader, Akshay has built and matured enterprise level Application Security programs, providing leadership to all areas within Application Security. Additionally, Akshay has served as strategic advisor in owning and delivering on CISO level roadmaps and strategic objectives, including SIEM deployments as well as massive enterprise end-point security solutions. Akshay has served as a chapter leader for the OWASP Northern Virginia chapter, and co-hosted App Sec USA in Washington DC in 2016.

As Chief Product Officer - Workforce Identity and Intelligence, Vibhuti is responsible for the vision, innovation and strategic direction of Saviynt’s product lines and product strategy, as well as, product and partner success. Prior to the CPO role, Vibhuti Sinha led the Cloud Products and Solutions at Saviynt as its Chief Cloud Officer. He was responsible for the strategy, architecture, and development of next-generation solutions including securing various cloud providers and platforms.He has nearly two decades of experience defining security architecture, IAM strategy, and implementing large scale security platforms for Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to Saviynt, he held various leadership positions and partnered with large financial institutions in addressing compliance and security needs including FFIEC, risk-based authentication, and access life-cycle management.

Atul Vij is the CTO at Saviynt. He leads engineering and product development, and is also responsible for the overall technology strategy at Saviynt. Atul brings over 15 years of experience in security and the Identity Access Management space, and specializes in Compliance, Role Governance, Risk, and Segregation of Duty (SOD). Prior to Saviynt, Atul held key positions at VAAU, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle, where he led product design, pre-sales, and delivery implementations.

Most recently, he was the CEO of Infoblox, a leading provider of DDI networking and cyber security solutions. Prior to that Andersen held various executive positions at Cisco, Oracle Corp, and Peoplesoft. Andersen has a Master of Computer Science from Aalborg University in his native Denmark.

Chris Wenner is a managing director of Carrick Capital Partners where he is involved in all areas of the firm’s investing activities and a member of the firm’s investment committee. He leads the firm’s thematic sourcing effort focusing on healthcare, cyber security, fintech and infrastructure software. Chris works with the CEOs and executive teams of the firm’s portfolio to assist these companies in navigating growth opportunities and increasing long-term value. He is an active board member or observer of several Carrick portfolio companies including Bishop Fox, Saviynt, and Renalogic. Prior to joining Carrick, Chris worked at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and private capital transactions in the technology industry for clients including Oracle, Google and Hewlett-Packard. Chris graduated from the University of California with a BA in economics. In his spare time, Chris enjoys sailing, hunting, and raising his two young children with his wife Lauren in the East Bay.

Previously, Rick helped scale Ava Unified Security and Next DLP, leading their successful acquisitions by Motorola Solutions and Fortinet.
Rick is passionate about giving back, serving on the board of the V Foundation, where he supports its mission to achieve Victory over Cancer.
Known for his high energy, direct communication style, and deep industry relationships, Rick provides strategic coaching in leadership, culture, sales, operations, and marketing. In his earlier career, he led Cisco’s Americas Partner Sales, driving $25B+ in revenue, and managed Cisco’s Global Strategic Partner Organization, fostering growth with partners like AWS, Google, and Microsoft.
As President of TANDBERG, Rick scaled the company to $1B+ in sales before leading its $3.5B acquisition by Cisco. A Baltimore native and Loyola University graduate, Rick began his career at AT&T, progressing from sales roles to executive leadership in the tech sector. Rick and his family actively support charitable causes, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact.
