- Advanced Support (Levels 2 and 3/L2/L3): Managed in collaboration with IDMWORKS, addressing more complex issues and technical challenges.
Customers are encouraged to direct all support inquiries and requests to Saviynt. We will coordinate with IDMWORKS to resolve advanced issues, eliminating the need for customers to engage with multiple vendors. This policy ensures that your experience is efficient and your support needs are met promptly and effectively by expert teams from both Saviynt and IDMWORKS.
