Executive Chairman of the Board & Founder
Sachin is responsible for creating the overall vision and strategy for the company. Prior to Saviynt, Sachin was the Founder and CEO of Vaau, where he took the company from conception to acquisition by Sun Microsystems. While at Sun, he held the role of Chief Identity Strategist, responsible for the vision and direction of Sunís security portfolio. As a thought leader and entrepreneur, Sachin has pioneered the field of identity & access governance, cloud security, risk management, continuous compliance, security analytics for over two decades. Sachin is also an acclaimed speaker and frequently speaks at industry conferences and seminars.
Joining Carrick in 2017, Paul Zolfaghari has used his operating experience in data management, analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise software to assist the firm in finding the next generation of leading technology companies. He also works closely with Carrick portfolio companies after investment, helping them develop scalable business plans, implement key operational processes, and deliver exceptional financial results. Paul is on the Board of Directors of Carrick companies Saviynt, Mavenlink, Everspring, and Seven Lakes Technologies, and is a board observer at InstaMed.
From 2012 until 2016, Paul was President of business intelligence/analytics company MicroStrategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) which had over $500 million in revenue, 4,000 customers, and operations in thirty countries. In this role, he developed key components of MicroStrategy’s corporate strategy while overseeing all elements of its organization. From 2011 to 2012, Paul was Chief Operating Officer of ParAccel, an analytic database platform company. As COO he was responsible for translating the company’s vision into measurable actions that improved revenue, market share, and operating results. ParAccel was acquired by Actian and is best known as the software that forms the foundation for Amazon AWS’ Redshift EDW. From 2007 to 2011, Paul was MicroStrategy’s Executive Vice-President, Worldwide Sales & Operations, where he was responsible for the company’s global software, support, and services revenue. Between 1999 and 2007, he held a series of consistently expanding executive roles at MicroStrategy, including Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales; Vice President, Worldwide Business Affairs, and Vice-President & Chief of Staff. From 1996-1999, Paul served as an attorney in the Intellectual Property Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he held a Top-Secret security clearance. From 1991-1996 he was as an attorney with the firm of Howrey & Simon in Washington, DC.
Paul has spoken frequently on technology trends and corporate operations, including interviews with the Wall Street Journal, the New Yorker, USA Today, CIO Magazine, Information Week, and PC Magazine. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Sisense (analytics software) and Snap & Style (omni-channel customer engagement). He received a B.A. with Honors in English Literature from Gettysburg College and graduated with Honors with a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.

CEO & Board Member
Prior to joining Saviynt’s Board of Advisors, Jim DuBois served as Chief Information Officer and Corporate Vice President at Microsoft Corporation from May 2013 to September 2017. Mr. DuBois was accountable for the company’s global security, IT infrastructure, collaboration and business applications.
Jim is a tech leader with a unique view of IT innovation and digital transformation along with a deep understanding of technical strategy, cyber security, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. He brings content about these topic areas to life with stories from his 25 years at Microsoft, especially leading the digital transformation as CIO as Satya Nadella reinvented Microsoft. Jim held many key leadership positions at Microsoft leading product and application teams, infrastructure and security teams, including serving as Microsoft’s Chief Information Security Officer and spending several years living in Asia and then Europe learning the Microsoft field business while running the respective regional IT teams. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. DuBois worked for Accenture, focusing on financial and distribution systems. He has degrees in computer science and business.
Amit Jasuja has spent over two decades in leadership roles in the security and identity industries. As the Senior VP of Identity Management at Oracle, Amit helped grow Oracle’s identity portfolio from its beginnings into a half billion-dollar business, and the undisputed market leader in identity management. Amit has also held senior executive roles at Symantec Corp, Netegrity (acquired by CA), Corio (acquired by IBM), and as the Chief Operating Officer at Qlue (acquired by ServiceNow) and TrustedKey (recently acquired by Workday). Amit holds a BS in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur, and an MS from UC Davis.
COO & Board Member
Yash Prakash is the Chief Operating Officer of Saviynt. Yash works closely with customers, partners and employees to successfully deliver an intelligent Identity Governance and Cloud Security solution. This includes taking Saviynt’s unique solution approach from inception to delivering the right capabilities so Saviynt customers can effectively manage security and protect business-critical assets. As a key member of the executive team, Yash leads several strategic initiatives to drive company’s growth and deliver on company’s mission of enabling smarter security for its customers. Prior to taking up this role, Yash led several key functions within Saviynt including product management, marketing, analyst relations, information security and professional services. He brings over two decades of experience in product management, consulting, business development and executing complex engagements for leading enterprises across the globe. Prior to joining Saviynt, Yash held leadership positions at IBM and Infosys.
Atul Vij is the CTO at Saviynt. He leads the engineering, product development and is also responsible for the overall technology strategy at Saviynt. Atul brings over 15 years of experience in Security, Identity/Access Management space and specializes in Compliance, Role Governance, Risk and SOD. Prior to Saviynt, Atul held key positions at VAAU, Sun Microsystems and Oracle where he led product design, pre-sales, and delivery implementations.
Chief Cloud Officer
Sanjeev drives the over all architecture of the Saviynt products and cloud infrastructure for our SaaS offerings. He also oversees and coordinates the efforts incorporating new technologies into Saviynt products, to continuously drive our capabilities and innovation forward. Sanjeev has over 10 years of experience focused on strategic deployments and technical services in the Identity & Access management, Risk and Compliance space. Prior to joining Saviynt, Sanjeev managed several service engagements at Oracle Inc, Sun Microsystems and VAAU developing and delivering innovative solutions in the enterprise security space to varied industry verticals while building lasting relationships with the clientele.
Sr. VP of Solutions and Strategy
As Senior Vice President of Solutions and Strategy, Nabeel Nizar leads the Worldwide Technical Solutions and Partner Engineering teams at Saviynt. His responsibilities include go-to-market messaging and enablement for field and channel sales, system integrators and strategic technology alliance partners. With more than 20 years of experience in the Identity & Access Management space, Nabeel has helped organizations develop their Identity and Security strategy to support Governance and Compliance frameworks. Prior to joining Saviynt, Nabeel was the Chief Evangelist and Identity Strategist for Novell, NetIQ and Microfocus, while working with Fortune 500 companies on the development of their IAM strategy.
Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer
As Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer, Jerod Curley is responsible for providing leadership in corporate development, partnerships, sales, GTM, customer success, and over all growth strategy. Mr. Curley brings over 26 years of extensive experience across sales, marketing, product, services, operations, strategy and go-to-market execution. Prior to joining Saviynt, Mr. Curley has held the roles of CEO at GibGuru, SVP at Travelclick and sales leadership positions with Oracle, CA and Xerox. Mr. Curley is an active board member and mentor for various technology companies and non-profit organizations focused on education, scientific innovation for children healthcare and environment preservation. Mr. Curley holds a bachelors degree from The Ohio University and minor in Management Information Systems.
Bob brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including over 15 years in software companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Prior to Saviynt, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer at MYCOM OSI, a multinational software company based in London. Other software experience includes Aspect Software and Escalate Retail (now JDA).
Retired Senior Vice President – Cisco
Rick Snyder is an award-winning executive leader who recently retired as a Senior Vice President at Cisco Systems after nearly ten years with the company – and over 37 years in the technology industry.
Most recently, Rick led Cisco’s Americas Partner Sales Organization (APO) – the company’s largest geographical region representing the United States, Canada, and Latin America. In this role, his team was responsible for 23,000+ partners and was instrumental in helping them expand their businesses, evolve their business models, and achieve greater profitability. Additionally, Rick helped pioneer the development of the Digital Solution Integrator (DSI) program and the Partner Customer Success (CX) organization – both highly successful initiatives that were ultimately adopted and scaled globally.
Prior to this role, Rick led Cisco’s Global and Strategic Partner Organization with responsibility for revenue acceleration and alliance management for Cisco’s top business relationships across the globe. His team developed partnerships, joint go-to-market-plans, validated solutions, and market-changing integrated infrastructures with these strategic partners. Under Rick’s leadership, his teams innovated and developed game-changing programs that expanded Cisco’s partner ecosystem to include new partner types such as solution partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
Rick joined Cisco in 2010 with the $3.5B acquisition of Tandberg, where, as President of the Americas, and later as President of Global Business, he helped grow the company from $320M to $1.1B in revenue over a five-year period. During that same period, TANDBERG emerged as the videoconferencing market leader with over 50% market share. Rick was also CEO of ReView Video/Westcon, a distributor of conferencing solutions and services. He spent five years in the enterprise networking business at Williams /NextiraOne, where he held key executive positions. Prior to that, Rick held sales leadership and general management positions at Executone, Octel, and Bell Atlantic/ATT.
Rick has been recognized as a top CRN Channel Chief from 2015-2019, as a Channel Visionary in 2017, and was one of CRN’s “50 Most influential Channel Chiefs” in 2016 and 2017. Additionally, Rick has delivered keynotes at conferences industry events and across the globe on topics ranging from digital disruption, to leadership, to customer success.
Rick serves as the Chairman Emeritus of IMCCA, a non-profit association focused on the advancement of the collaboration industry.
Rick and his wife, Leslie, have four children and are based in Naples, Florida. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bob Todd Rotger is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Saviynt where he leads the revenue functions of the company and is part of the executive team. He is a 30 -year sales veteran with 23 years in sales & sales leadership roles with companies like CA, McAfee, Mercury, VMware, and HP. Prior to Saviynt he was the VP, Global Security & Risk Sales at ServiceNow where he was part of building a new Security & GRC business to over $170 CACV in less than four years.
As a member of Saviynt’s Board of Advisors, Bobby Morrisson brings a tenured executive level of leadership with 20+ years of experience leading/transforming multi-billion dollar organizations; with deep expertise in marketing, finance, product development, commercial strategy, enterprise sales, consumer sales, digital transformation, and executive team leadership.
Bobby brings a strong track record of delivering results and creating value for enterprise clients through business design, planning, and monetization modeling. Delivering industry leading results by creating quality customer experiences, employee and executive leadership development, and simple/repeatable execution strategies. His success comes from building an organizational framework around business innovation and a learning agility culture, helping large teams of people to grow and reach their full potential.
In addition to serving on Saviynt’s Board of Advisors, Bobby is currently the CRO of the $9BN software company, Intuit. Prior to Intuit, Bobby lead Microsoft’s $25BN annual revenue across WW Small, Medium, Corporate and Education Market Segments, as well as responsibility for their WW Digital Transformation that included revenue growth, commercial model management, strategy, channel marketing, GTM, sales, services and execution across all Microsoft cloud. Prior to Microsoft, Bobby has served roles on the Board of DocuSign, as well as SVP of Digital Transformation and President for the $8BN telecom services company, Verizon.
