Overview

The ServiceNow (SNOW) platform provides a unified experience to all ServiceNow customers. The unified experience includes the SNOW request interface with IGA, improved SNOW approval experience, and seamless import of data. This integration leverages ServiceNow as an auditing system. Requests are made using EIC and approved in EIC. Once requests are approved, tasks are created in EIC followed by requests and requestitem (ritm) creation in ServiceNow keeping ServiceNow updated with all the requests and fulfillment from EIC giving organizations a single pane of glass for all requests across the organization.
