Argus XDR

Overview

Argus is a NextGen XDR platform that offers capabilities aligned with both ITDR and ISPM. Supported Features

Real-Time Threat Detection and Response

• Argus detects suspicious behavior and Indicators of Compromise (IOC).
• Argus SOAR parses the alert, identifies the user, and fetches identity details from Saviynt Identity Cloud.
• If a risk is validated, Argus SOAR triggers Saviynt Identity Cloud to disable the account or revoke access to limit exposure.

Automated User Onboarding via Detection Events

• Argus logs a new user account created on an endpoint (ex., Linux/Windows).
• The event is pushed to Argus SOAR via webhook, which extracts user metadata.
• Argus SOAR then auto onboards the user and associated entitlement information to Saviynt identity Cloud to accelerate onboarding (bypassing periodic reconciliation).

Vulnerability Detection

• Argus detects a critical vulnerability on a host or application.
• Argus SOAR maps the host to a user/account in Saviynt Identity cloud.
• Based on severity, Argus SOAR initiates automated access revocation via Saviynt to mitigate potential compromise.
