As part of First Solar’s mission to focus on future renewable energy, they manufacture solar panels, build utility scale plants, and manage solar plants on behalf of utilities.

First Solar was struggling with multiple challenges concerning the governing of identities and access across their hybrid IT landscape. Compromised visibility across the ecosystem made it hard to efficiently govern access to critical applications, and time-consuming manual processes and a sometimes cumbersome user experience acted as barriers to their cloud strategy.
