Overview
Zendesk is a cloud-based help desk management solution offering customizable tools to build customer service portal, knowledge base and online communities. Set up and use the Zendesk integration to read and write data to the Zendesk application. It supports full import of accounts and entitlements to EIC along with accounts that have access to those entitlements.
