Overview
Redblock AI Connector enables customers to manage user lifecycle and governance for disconnected applications directly within Saviynt. It connects applications lacking APIs or SCIM support, automating tasks such as user onboarding/offboarding, identity governance, credential rotation, and entitlement management. Redblock integrates internal applications, commercial-off-the-shelf software, and legacy systems, bridging identity security gaps and enforcing governance across all applications.

Support
- Level 1 Support (L1): Handled directly by Saviynt, covering basic troubleshooting, general queries, and initial issue diagnosis.
- Advanced Support (L2/L3): Managed in collaboration with the partner, addressing more complex issues and technical challenges.
Customers are encouraged to direct all support inquiries and requests to Saviynt. We will coordinate with the partner to resolve advanced issues, eliminating the need for customers to engage with multiple vendors. This policy ensures that your experience is efficient and your support needs are met promptly and effectively.
