At Saviynt, we’re building a close-knit global community where people are empowered to make better decisions, collaborate more effectively, and enjoy our time together. Each month in our ongoing Employee Spotlight series, we’ll introduce you to the inspirational people building the most innovative identity platform in the world.
Hailey joined Saviynt in July of 2020. She began her career at Deloitte, focusing on supporting sales success through proposal response and content development. She made the transition to Saviynt to pursue a customer-facing position.
As a Sales Director, I work alongside an amazing group of sellers, sales engineers, customer success, and technical experts to help our customers achieve their identity and security goals. My responsibility is to listen to the voice of the customer and ensure that our platform can meet their needs.
I started my career working for Deloitte in their Cybersecurity Advisory practice. I was drawn to Saviynt because of its reputation in the market, the opportunity to grow within the organization, and the number of familiar faces within the company. I love that the work I do is different and exciting every day. Growing up as an athlete helped set me up for success in sales, as I approach opportunities with a team mindset and with the goal to win.
Saviynt Sales Kick Off 2022
Outside of achieving my revenue goals for the year, I’m constantly striving to be the best sales representative I can possibly be. During the first half of this year, I learned a lot from first-hand experiences with customers, my team, my manager, and the sales organization as a whole. I’m constantly looking for ways to improve and learn. I benefit the most from hearing best practices, understanding lessons learned, and strategizing with my customers, partners, prospects, and coworkers.

By staying active! Since I was no longer traveling each week, I repurposed my extra time by walking my dogs first thing in the morning, going on hikes after work, trying new virtual fitness classes, and getting outside as much as I can.

If you feel comfortable, having your camera on creates a great connection with those attending the meeting. Turning on your camera could help people form a more personal association with you since they can see your body language and “put a face to the name”. Plus, there may be something in your background that sparks a conversation where you and a coworker or customer have something in common. If you’re lucky, you might even meet some furry friends — my dogs always have lots to say.
