Tell us a little bit about what you do at Saviynt.
I manage three of the largest global support regions in the Americas — Northeast, Canada, and Central — along with Saviynt’s most strategic customers. My primary focus is ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering world-class support, acting as a strong customer advocate, and mentoring my team to excel in their professional growth.
How did you get started in your present career? What do you love about the kind of work you do? What brought you to Saviynt?
Technology has always been my passion, leading me to pursue both a bachelor's and a master's in computer science. With a relentless drive to learn, I’ve spent over 20 years working across various technologies and solutions. My journey into identity began in the banking sector, where I worked with one of the largest banks. This experience ignited my interest in cybersecurity and identity governance, inspiring me to dive deeper into the security world.
When I first heard about Saviynt—its rapid growth, innovative roadmap, and strong alignment with my core interests—I was immediately drawn to it. A friend initially urged me to take on a role managing a challenging customer, but I saw it as an opportunity rather than an obstacle. Since then, my time at Saviynt has been an incredible journey, offering new challenges and opportunities for innovation every day.
What goals are you working toward professionally?
I have always been passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, which is why I actively pursue industry certifications—I’ve already earned 10 and continue to strive for more. Certifications not only enhance my expertise but also enable me to provide deeper insights and value to customers.
For me, every demanding customer presents an opportunity to showcase what Saviynt truly stands for—innovation, security, and excellence. I view each interaction as a chance to build trust, demonstrate our capabilities, and strengthen customer confidence in our solutions.

What’s one workplace rule that you always break and why?
One workplace rule I tend to bend is the idea of strictly separating roles and responsibilities. While clear roles are important, I believe in stepping beyond my defined scope when it benefits the team and the customer. If a challenge arises that isn't 'officially' my responsibility but I have the skills or knowledge to help, I don’t hesitate to step in. Whether it’s assisting a colleague, advocating for a customer, or driving an initiative outside my immediate role, I believe collaboration and adaptability are key to success. Breaking this 'rule' has often led to stronger teamwork, better solutions, and greater customer satisfaction
What do you do when you aren’t working at Saviynt? What’s your favorite way to relax?
In addition to that, cooking is something I’ve always enjoyed. It’s a way for me to unwind and connect with my family. Whether it’s preparing a quick dinner or experimenting with new recipes, there’s something incredibly rewarding about cooking a meal for the people I love. The kitchen becomes my creative space, where I can be both present and engaged, making sure my family enjoys nourishing meals. It’s the perfect way to strike a balance between work, family, and personal joy
How do you define success?
For me, success is about giving my best effort in everything I do and seeing the positive impact it has. It’s about completing the job with genuine dedication and ensuring that the results truly matter. At the end of the day, my greatest sense of fulfillment comes from knowing I’ve made a customer happy, and that I’ve approached every challenge with 100% heart and commitment. Success, to me, means that my work makes a real difference, leaving me with a sense of pride in the effort I’ve invested towards it.
Who inspires you? Or if you could choose anyone as a mentor, who would you choose and why?
I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work alongside such remarkable leaders. Each one has contributed valuable lessons and insights that have helped shape my approach to leadership and personal growth. I’ve been fortunate to learn from their strengths, work ethic, and vision, and I’ve worked hard to incorporate these qualities into my own professional journey. These experiences have not only helped me grow as a leader but have also allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of what it takes to inspire, motivate, and support others
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
A fun fact that not many people know about me is that I have a bit of a dual passion—cooking and handyman work. While I love experimenting with new recipes and cooking for my family, I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves and tackling DIY projects around the house. Whether it's fixing things, building furniture, or making improvements, I take pride in using my hands to create something useful. It’s a great way for me to unwind and get creative in a completely different way from my day-to-day work!
