At Saviynt, the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and conference attendees always comes first. We remain concerned about the evolving COVID landscape and have strategically partnered with a venue that provides open-air environments for attendees to gather for networking, keynotes, and breakout sessions — and adheres to all federal and state guidelines for large in-person gatherings.
Rest assured that we will continue to track all developments, communicate updates, and work closely with hotel staff to ensure we follow the latest best practices from both the CDC and State of California, including mask restrictions, travel restrictions, social distancing, and max occupancy guidelines.

The oil spill that occurred on October 2nd offshore of Orange County, CA, is an evolving situation. Huntington Beach has been impacted. The Coast Guard and other agencies are actively cleaning up the spill as they attempt to minimize damage to the natural habitats, marine wildlife, and coastal communities. We’re monitoring information as local spokespeople share it. At this time, there are no changes to our planned CONVERGE activities or agenda. We will immediately notify all attendees of any changes to the schedule or potential impacts on the health and safety of our guests and employees.
You can learn more about the oil spill and the cleanup efforts here.
As a member of the local business community, we are deeply saddened by the effect this will have on Huntington Beach, the coastal habitats, and marine wildlife. We recommend donating to the Wetland and Wildlife Care Center if you’d like to support the cleanup efforts.
In the unlikely event that the State of California decides to prohibit large in-person gatherings due to rising COVID (and variant) rates in the region, Saviynt will issue refunds at 100% of your Pasea Hotel fees for anyone registered at the hotel through our registration process.
However, Saviynt will not cover any expenses you may incur from travel or non-host hotels. We recommend all attendees purchase travel insurance with their ticket purchase or book travel through vendors with flexible refund policies and change fees.

There will be four 1-hour Solution Clinics. Experts will dive deep into product capabilities and demonstrate best practices. Each session will be given twice during the afternoon Bootcamp.
Attendees completing two of the four sessions will be awarded a Saviynt Bootcamp Badge and provided a voucher for a future Saviynt Certified IGA Professional exam free of charge (a $300 USD value).
We’re unable to offer traditional classroom training and certification exams during the four-hour bootcamp training event. The time and pre-reqs required for classroom courses and exams did not fit into this year’s Huntington Beach CONVERGE 21 experience.
Training & certification options are available on-demand and online around the world 24/7. We will have training gurus onsite during Bootcamp to help guide you through pre-reqs, training and certification options – so you leave fully equipped to jump to the next level once you’re back home.
Saviynt’s Customer, Partner, and Technical Advisory Board meetings are invitation-only events. If you have received an invitation to attend, you should arrive on or before noon PDT November 3rd, 2021. Please plan and book travel arrangements accordingly.
Fantastic news! You can sign-up for one of the three activities during registration by selecting your choice in the “Post-day add ons: California Adventures” section. All three experiences are complementary and are hosted by Saviynt and our partners.
