Configuration controls

Configuration Controls are implemented to help ensure key configurations within a system that affect functional characteristics, system operability and performance, to name a few, are appropriately maintained. These controls include the process of controlling modifications to the system’s design, hardware, firmware, software, and documentation. Documenting, approving and testing major configuration changes are integral controls to ensuring a system is operating effectively and as intended.

The following Configuration related controls are organized by Platform. You can also “Jump To” Control Types and Categories by clicking on the link located at the right of this screen.
