Technical Account Manager

As one of our Technical Account Managers (TAM), you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Saviynt’s largest customers. You will provide technical leadership in implementing Saviynt solutions and help customers realize their full potential through accelerated adoption and productive use of Saviynt solutions. You will be responsible for the overall growth, quality and satisfaction of the customer’s services relationship.

Requirements

  • Provide leadership for the customer’s major Saviynt initiatives
  • Manage and lead the professional services team to implement Saviynt solution
  • Provide overall governance including status reporting, resource and task management
  • Follow established on-boarding and management processes to deliver the solution
  • Manage integration of applications and platforms by leveraging application onboarding framework
  • Help drive the product innovation by providing clear and constructive feedback to product management teams based on customer requirements
  • Document technical requirements, schedules and customer interactions
  • Co-ordinate with architects and cross-functional teams within Saviynt
  • Assist release management team as required, coordinate with DevOps and product engineering teams
  • Communicate with customers to explain product and implementation services

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of industry experience in implementation and deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Hands on technical experience in architecting, designing, developing and customizing Identity Governance Administration/IGA solutions
  • Direct customer interaction and management skills
  • Proven work experience as a Technical account manager
  • Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas
    • User Lifecycle Management
    • Access Certification,
    • Reconciliation/ Provisioning to applications/platforms
    • Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
