Senior Sales Engineer

Location – Los Angeles, United States


Using in-depth knowledge of computer software and hardware (as it relates to information and application security products and services)

  • Sell and support Saviynt applications and products, plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
  • Collaborate to understand customer business and technology requirements Promote sale of company products, provide sales support, secure and renew orders
  • Develop, present, or respond to business and technical proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.  Will also prepare and deliver technical presentations
  • Provide technical and non-technical support regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of software or equipment


Bachelor’s/equivalent in CS, CIS, MIS or Engineering and 5 years of previous experience which includes

  • Experience with RFP responses and proposals
  • Developing security and application architecture
  • Use of tools such as Oracle Identity Management, IBM Security Identity Manager, IBM Security Access Manager, Sun Identity Manager, Novell Identity Manager
  • Cloud Security, Data and Application Security
  • Information Security Management
  • Risk Management
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Web Services Security, Mobile Security
  • Knowledge of SOX, HIPAA, HITECH and NERC regulations

Position requires frequent travel
